We keep the email address required to create and access an account. We also keep the dates an account visits the app and whether a chat session started on each of those dates, to measure first-time and repeat usage. We do not keep other personal profile information.
Usage reports show aggregate counts, not individual account activity. We do not retain chat data as identified personal records beyond what is needed for immediate service operation.
Z.O.E. is an experimental AI service. AI-generated responses can be surprising, inconsistent, or unpredictable, and that unpredictability is part of the intended experience. We also do not guarantee service availability, uptime, or refunds for any use of the platform.
